【摘要】 运用文献资料法和实地调查法,梳理了河北省竞技篮球发展的历史,分析了河北省竞技篮球发展的现状。结果表明:河北省竞技篮球发展整体处于低谷,篮球职业化水平较低,后备人才流失严重,教练员执教水平不高,缺乏高等级裁判员。并从政策、竞赛制度、运动员培养和输送、教练员和裁判员培养等方面提出了发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reviewed and analyzed the history and the state quo of the competitive basketball development of Hebei Province using literature review and field method.The results showed that: the overall development of competitive basketball of Hebei Province were in the trough,professional basketball at a lower level,brain drain serious,coaches weak in guidance,lacking high-grade referees.Based on this,advice was given from such aspects as the policy,competition system,athletes’ cultivation and supply,training of coaches and referees.更多还原
