【摘要】 通过对2006～2008年湖北省水稻区试参试品种的品质进行检测与分析,结果表明,湖北省的稻米品质较好。其中碾米品质和理化指标最好,整精米率较高,有中软的胶稠度和低的糊化温度,中低含量的直链淀粉;外观品质次之,垩白粒率较高。培育低垩白粒率和低垩白度品种应是今后育种工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The qualities the major Hubei rice varieties in 2006～2008 were tested and analyzed in this paper.The results revealed that the quality of rice from Hubei province was better than others,especially the milling quality and the physicchemical index.They also had higher level of intactness with the middle-soft gel consistency,lower gelatinizing temperature and low-middle amylase content.However,their appearances were relatively un-attractable and the level of chalky rice was higher than the average.As a result,breeding new varieties with low level of percentage and degree chalkiness should be emphasized in future work.更多还原
