【摘要】 植物膜蛋白质组学的研究是蛋白质组学研究者关注的焦点之一,但由于膜蛋白具有低丰度、疏水性等特点,因此膜蛋白的富集提取、分离鉴定存在很大的难度。从膜蛋白的富集提取、分离鉴定入手,阐述其研究进程,对质膜蛋白、叶绿体膜蛋白、线粒体膜蛋白和液泡膜蛋白等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并对膜蛋白的研究前景进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Plant membrane proteomics research is one of the main foci of proteomics researchers.As the membrane proteins are of low abundance,hydrophobic and other characteristics,the extraction,isolation and identification of membrane proteins are very difficult.This article presents the research status of the membrane proteins extraction,isolation and identification,introduces the progresses made in plant membrane proteomics including plasma membrane protein,chloroplast membrane protein,mitochondrial membrane protein and tonoplast membrane protein,and makes a prospect on the membrane protein re-search.更多还原
