【摘要】 SOD是植物重要的抗逆性指标之一,在保护细胞免受氧损伤过程中具有十分重要的作用。介绍了SOD的功能和测定方法,综述了SOD在林木抗性育种中的应用研究进展。

【Abstract】 SOD is one of the important indexes of plant stress resistance,which plays important roles in protecting the cell against the oxygen damage.The functions and determination methods are introduced.The research progress of SOD in forest tree resistance breeding is summarized.
