【摘要】 建立测定铁包金中槲皮素含量的方法;考察铁包金中槲皮素提取条件的影响。采用RP-HPLC对槲皮素进行定量测定,色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(45:55),检测波长256 nm;结果显示此方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.6%(n=6)。因此本方法分离良好,结果准确可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 The RP-HPLC method for the determination of the quercetin in the berchemia lineate is established and the method for extracting and hydrolyzing the herb is studied.Quercetin is separated completely on a Hypersil C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5 m),using a mixture of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(45:55)as a mobil phase.The results show that the calibration curve is linear and the average recovery is 98.6%(n=6).The method is proved to be quick and simple with good repeatition,and can be used for quality control.更多还原
