高铈含量的MCM-48介孔分子筛的合成与表征
SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF MCM-48 WITH HIGH CERIUM CONTENT
【摘要】 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide,CTAB)和曲拉通(Triton,TX-100)混合表面活性剂作为模板剂,在水热晶化过程中引入铈源,合成了铈含量高达12%(摩尔分数)的Ce-MCM-48,借助X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附等温分析、透射电镜、紫外可见漫反射吸收光谱分析了产物结构和性能。结果表明:所合成的材料在较高掺杂量时仍保持立方有序介孔结构和较高的比表面积(1185~331m2/g),掺杂的铈以Ce4+形式进入孔道骨架或孔道内壁。
【Abstract】 Using hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) and TX-100 mixed surfactants as a template,ordered Ce-MCM-48 molecular sieves with up to 12% cerium(mole fraction) content were synthesized by adding a cerium source in the process of hydrothermal crystallization.The synthesized material was characterized by X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm,transmission electron microscope and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy.The results show that the products with high cerium content still retain their cubic mesopore structure and high Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area(1 185-331 m2/g).Cerium is bound into the framework position and/or into the walls of MCM-48 by Ce4+.
