【摘要】 广西作物遗传改良生物技术重点开放实验室是广西农业生物技术研究的重要基地,实验室长期坚持高度开放的管理模式,通过建立规范的管理制度、做好仪器使用技术及安全知识培训、合理的仪器配置与规范化管理、与有关单位共建科研基地、加强人才管理队伍建设及鼓励和促进科技人员充分利用实验室的研究平台开展高水平的研究工作等方面的管理措施,经过几年的发展与完善,基本形成了一个长效制度,使开放实验室实现安全、高效运行,并取得了良性发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guangxi Crop Genetic Improvement and Biotechnology Lab is the key laboratory of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Nanning,Guangxi,and is an important base for undertaking basic and applied researches on agricultural biotechnology.The lab has adopted very modern management model and measures for constructing the standard management system,training the researchers for various techniques and use of instruments and safety measures,realistic allocation and management of instruments,setting up scientific research collaborations with other research institutions,strengthening the construction of talent management team,encouraging and promoting the researchers for taking full advantage of lab equipments for conducting high-level researches,etc.This kind of competence and effective management system in biotechnology lab is being developed through several years,and the lab has achieved safety and high-efficiency operation.更多还原
