牛副结核病的检测结果报告

【摘要】 应用结核菌素(purified protein derivative,PPD)试验,结合细菌培养、ELISA和病理解剖对示范牧场的牛群进行了副结核病的检测,结果未发现该牧场有副结核病阳性牛。

【Abstract】 Herds in the model farm of Yunnan provincial beef cattle and pasture centre were detected by PPD test,integrated with bacterial culture,ELISA and pathological anatomy,which was applied to detection of bovine paratuberculosis.And no animal was discovered to be positive.
