表面负荷对新型悬浮填料澄清池运行周期的影响

【摘要】 设计了新型悬浮填料澄清池以取代传统二沉池,为考察其运行原理及关键参数,通过中试研究了表面负荷对澄清池内部污泥分布规律及其运行周期的影响。试验结果表明,悬浮填料澄清池的运行周期随着表面负荷的升高呈指数关系下降。考虑到工艺的运行效率和操作管理的方便,建议悬浮填料澄清池的运行周期宜为7 d,此时表面负荷应为2.5 m3/(m2.h)。

【Abstract】 A novel suspended media clarifier was developed as a substitute for the secondary clarifier of conventional activated sludge process.The influence of surface-loading rate on the operation period and sludge distribution of the suspended media clarifier was studied in a pilot-scale test to investigate its operation principle and key parameters.The results indicate that the operation period of the clarifier decreases exponentially with the increase of the surface-loading rate.Considering the operation efficiency and convenient management,the operation period of the clarifier is recommended to be 7 d,and the corresponding surface-loading rate should be 2.5 m3/(m2·h).
