马头岗污水处理厂UCT工艺的设计与运行
Design and Operation of UCT Process in Matougang Sewage Treatment Plant
【摘要】 马头岗污水处理厂采用了多功能UCT工艺,可根据水质、水量的变化以及季节的不同将系统灵活调整为常规UCT、改良UCT、A2/O和倒置A2/O等四种不同的处理工艺,从而保证了在不同的环境条件下均能达到最佳的运行工况。运行结果表明,该工艺既具有较高的COD、BOD、SS去除率,又解决了其他工艺在脱氮除磷时存在的问题,各项出水指标均达到了设计要求。
【Abstract】 Multifunction UCT process was used in Matougang Sewage Treatment Plant,which can be flexibly adjusted to conventional UCT process,improved UCT process,A2/O process and inverted A2/O process with the change of sewage quality,sewage quantity and season.So it can reach the optimal operating condition in different environment.The operation results indicate that the process has high removal rates of COD,BOD and SS,and can solve the contradictory problems in nitrogen and phosphorus removal by other processes.The effluent indexes all reach the design requirement.
