催化加氢合成3,5-二氨基苯甲酸
Synthesis of 3,5-Diaminobenzoic Acid by Catalytic Hydrogenation
【摘要】 以3,5-二硝基苯甲酸为主要原料,在钯/碳催化下加氢合成了3,5-二氨基苯甲酸。研究了催化剂、温度、氢压等条件对反应的影响。给出了优化的工艺条件,产物及中间体的结构已经MR、1H NMR鉴定。催化剂套用可令反应成本大幅度下降。
【Abstract】 3,5-Diamino-benzoic acid is synthesized by hydrogenation of 3,5-dinitro-benzoic acid using with Pd/C as the catalyst. The effects of catalyst,temperature,hydrogen pressure etc. on the reaction are discussed,and the optimum conditions of hydrogenation is given. The structures of the product and intermediate were confirmed by IR,1HNMR. The catalyst can be reused in next batch.
