软脉灵对大鼠糖尿病性白内障晶状体抗氧化的影响
Antioxidation Effets of Ruan-ma-iling in Lens of Diabetic Cataract (DC) rats
【摘要】 目的:探讨软脉灵对大鼠糖尿病性白内障(diabetic catara,DC)的作用及其机理。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发糖尿病性白内障大鼠模型,将SD大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、软脉灵高、中、低剂量组。造模后治疗组给于软脉灵治疗,连续灌胃12周,观察不同时段晶状体的变化,测定干预后各组大鼠晶状体的超氧化物化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:正常组晶状体一直保持透明,STZ诱发的糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)大鼠随着造模后病程的延长,晶状体混浊程度进一步加重,而软脉灵组随着剂量的增加晶状体混浊进一步减轻。与模型组比较,软脉灵可降低晶状体的MDA含量,提高SOD活性(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:软脉灵能提高DM大鼠抗氧化能力,减轻晶状体的氧化损伤,从而延缓糖尿病性白内障发生发展。
【Abstract】 To investigate the effect and the mechanism of Ruan-mai-lin in lens of diabetic cataract rats.Methods:Diabetic cataract model was made by intaperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ).SD rats were assigned randomly to normal group,model group,high dose Ruan-mai-lin group,medium dose Ruan-mai-lin group,and low dose Ruan-mai-lin group.The DC rats of treatment groups were intragastrically infused with Ruan-mai-lin solution for 12 weeks.The lens opacification was recorded at different times.The levels of SOD and MDA in lens were determined after tretment.Results:The lens of normal rats had maintained a good transparency to the end of experiment.Lens opacification of DC rats progressed with the course of disease prolonging,Accompanying dose increase,Ruan-mai-lin decreased Lens opacification of DC rats(P<0.05~0.01).Compared with the mode group,MDA content of the lens in Ruan-mai-lin groups decreased,and SOD activity of the lens in Ruan-mai-lin groups increased.Conclusion:Ruan-mai-lin could reduce oxidative damage of lens in DC rats by enhancing the antioxidant capacity of diabetes mellitus rats,and consequenty delay theoccurrence and development of DC.
