半刚性材料作为长寿命沥青路面基层的适应性研究
Research on Adaptability of Semi-rigid Material as Long Life Asphalt Pavement
【摘要】 针对半刚性材料作为长寿命沥青路面基层使用问题,通过拟定典型路面,采用BISAR3.0计算了不同沥青层厚度下半刚性基层沥青路面的承载能力和疲劳寿命,分析了沥青层加厚对半刚性基层的基层应力和半刚性材料干缩、温缩的影响,研究了半刚性材料作为长寿命沥青路面基层的适应性。结果表明:相同荷载作用下,沥青层厚度增加,半刚性基层层顶压应力和层底拉应力明显减小,基层疲劳寿命大幅提高;半刚性基层受温度、水等外界因素影响明显减弱,半刚性基层的开裂、冲刷和路面反射裂缝等问题得以有效控制。
【Abstract】 In the light of semi-rigid material as base course for perpectual pavement,the bearing capacity and fatigue life of semi-rigid base pavement of different depth were computed with BISAR3.0 for the chosen typical pavement,the impact of thickened layer on the stress of the semi-rigid base and the dry and temperature shrinkages of the material was analyzed,and its adaptability as base for perpetual pavement was studied.The result shows that(1) with the same load and thickening of the asphalt layer,the compressive stress on the top and the tensile stress at the bottom of the semi-rigid base decrease obviously and the fatigue life of the base increases substantially;(2)the impact of temperature and humidity on the semi-rigid base is remarkably weakened,which leads to the fractures,erosion and reflecting cracks of the semi-rigid base to be controlled effectively.
