接缝对旧水泥混凝土破碎板加铺层结构内力影响分析

【摘要】 旧水泥混凝土路面存在的接缝是对加铺层使用性能及寿命造成影响的最为直接的原因之一。为此,建立三维有限元模型,分析了水泥混凝土破碎板裂缝接触状态,系统研究了水泥混凝土路面破碎后接缝变化对破碎板沥青加铺层结构荷载应力及温度应力的影响规律。结果表明:接缝宽度的适当减小虽然使加铺层接缝两侧弯沉值有所增加,但有利于降低加铺层中的荷载应力、温度应力,特别是大大降低弯沉差。建议在旧水泥混凝土板破碎实际施工中,尽量减小接缝宽度。

【Abstract】 The joints of the old cement concrete pavement is one of the most direct reasons that in-fluence the service performance and life of overlay.Therefore,three-dimensional finite element model is established,the contact state of cracks in old broken cement concrete board is analyzed,and the influences of the change of the joints on the asphalt overlay of the broken board are systematically studied.The results show that,though the deflection increases while the width of the joints decreases,it is helpful for the reduction of load stress and temperature stress,especially the greatly reduction of deflection difference.It is recommended that the width of joints is reduced as possible in the construction of breaking the old cement concrete board.
