【Abstract】 The construction of postgraduate supervision teams,is not only the key to enhancing postgraduate education’s quality,but also has a significant and practical meaning for carrying on the project of production-education-research cooperation successfully,and bringing about a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,the construction of the postgraduate supervision teams should take cultivating innovative practical high-level talents as the guidance,strengthen their own professional quality and the moral cultivation,encourage them to devote to the scientific and research work about production-education-research collaboration,enhance the capacity of transformation of scientific research achievements,establish a rational mechanism for the introduction of part-time postgraduate tutors,and sets up the interdisciplinary supervision team.更多还原
