【摘要】 目的:评价玻璃体手术前1d玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德治疗脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离的疗效和安全性。方法:对28例(28眼)脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离患者于玻璃体手术前1d玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德混悬液0.1mL(4mg)。手术方式为巩膜环扎联合玻璃体切除,术后C3F8或硅油充填。24眼随访6～17(平均8.9)mo。结果:28眼注射曲安奈德后葡萄膜炎症减轻。24眼单次手术视网膜解剖复位率87.5%(21/24)。结论:在玻璃体手术治疗脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离前1d玻璃体注射曲安奈德使手术难度降低,提高了视网膜复位率。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To evaluate the efficiency and safety of preoperative intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide(TA) for treatment of retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment by pars plana vitrectomy(PPV).·METHODS: Twenty-eight consecutive eyes with rhegmato-genous retinal detachment and choroidal detachment were given intravitreal TA (4mg/0.1mL) injection one day before operation. They were treated by cerclage combined with PPV and C3F8 gas or silicone oil tamponade. 24 cases were followed up for 6 to 17 months. The mean follow-up was 8.9 months.·RESULTS: The uveitis of all 28 eyes alleviated. Single-operation anatomic success was 87.5% (21/24). ·CONCLUSION: Intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide(TA) one day before vitrectomy simplified surgery procedure and improve the reattachment rate of the operation.更多还原
