【摘要】 大城市外围地区的都市区化是当前我国大城市空间拓展的重要趋势。通过对广州市番禺区的实证研究可知,在都市区化的背景下,大城市外围地区的用地、交通、生态等空间要素在都市区化与本地城镇化双重动力作用下往往会产生功能与布局上的分异。对此,应借助"整合"的策略,通过对用地、交通、生态等要素的整合,促进都市区化和本地城镇化两种不同动力对外围地区空间发展作用的协同,促进大城市外围地区的快速、可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Developing city periphery into metropolitan area is the trend of Chinese big cities spatial development. Case study of Panyu District in Guangzhou shows elements such as land use, transportation, ecology etc. may differentiate under the influence of metropolitan area development and local urbanization forces. The paper suggests integration of the above elements and coordination of the two forces for fast and sustainable development of city peripheries.更多还原
