未来发达社会水资源可持续利用情景的预断评价

【摘要】 建立了广东省未来发达社会水资源可持续利用情景指标体系和分级标准;针对未来发达社会水资源可持续利用情景评价的问题,在借鉴基尼系数含义的基础上,提出了改进基尼系数综合评价方法,并应用于广东省2010、2020、2030年三个水平年的水资源可持续利用情景预断评价。结果表明,广东省在未来发达社会条件下水资源可持续利用情景将从目前的第Ⅳ级发展到第Ⅰ级,这与实际发展趋势相符合;所提出的改进基尼系数综合评价方法是合理的,同时计算也比较简单,适用于其他综合评价问题。

【Abstract】 Based on consultation in experts and the analysis on the scenarios of sustainable water resource use in developed areas at home and abroad,the standard of classification and indices system of sustainable water resource use in the developed society in the future in Guangdong province are established in this paper.Referring to the problem of the evaluation on the state of sustainable water resource use in the developed society in the future,a comprehensive assessment method of improved Gini coefficient is given based on using the meaning of Gini coefficient.In 2000,2010,2020 and 2030,the state of sustainable water resource use in Guangdong province is assessed applying the evaluation method which is given before.The result shows that the state of sustainable water resource use in Guangdong province is becoming better and better,it’s fit for the law of human’s development and it also proved that the new evaluation method is useful and simple and can be used in another evaluation problem.
