蒙脱土改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液的胶粒形态和膜形貌
Latex Particles Shape and Latex Membrane Morphology of Polyacrylate Emulsion Modified with Organic-Montmorillonite
【摘要】 用不同预处理后的有机蒙脱土进行乳液聚合,制备了含有机蒙脱土的聚丙烯酸酯乳液。用透射电镜、激光光散射仪、扫描电镜对乳胶粒的形态、乳液粒径大小及分布、乳胶膜剖面形貌等进行了表征,结果表明,含有机蒙脱土的聚丙烯酸酯乳液表现出粒径变小、乳胶粒形状由球形变成多边形,乳胶膜剖面形貌表现出明显的差异,结构从有序转变为无序。这些对乳液制备方法的改进和乳液的应用提供了重要的信息。
【Abstract】 Emulsion polymerization was used to synthesize CPA/OMMT emulsion when the OMMT(organic montmorillonite)was treated with various pretreatment methods.CPA/OMMTs emulsion exhibit a smaller average particle size and a broader particle distribution by laser light scattering analysis.Transmission electron microscope(TEM)shows latex particles from nearly spheral into polygon.The microstructure of nanocomposites observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)presents latex membrane morphology profile,which is from the orderly structure to the structure of disorder compared to the pure CPA latex membrane.These results provide important information to the emulsion preparation improvements and the emulsion application.
