【摘要】 在分析汽车零部件制造企业对实施和应用制造执行系统需求的基础上,提出了一种多视图的汽车零部件制造企业MES应用模式,并从功能视图、过程视图、组织视图、支撑技术视图和实施视图5个方面对MES在汽车零部件制造企业的应用模式进行了研究。应用上述成果,结合某汽车空调制造企业的需求进行了实践,取得了较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the requirement of implementation and application of Manufacturing Execution System(MES) for automobile part manufacturing enterprises,a multi-view MES application mode for automobile part manufacturing enterprises was put forward and research was done into the application mode from the aspects of function view,process view,organization view,support technologies view and implementation view.Based on the above research achievements and the application requirement of the South air-conditioner International company(SAI),the MES application was applied in SAI and its feasibility was proved.更多还原
