【摘要】 文中对压力试验的作用作了进一步分析和归纳,并提出压力试验可以应用于带缺陷压力容器的安全评定中。文中通过对球罐的安全分析,说明了压力试验用于容器的安全评定,是一种非常经济而又简单可靠的方法,此法称为压力试验法。这种方法是利用试验压力和工作压力确定容器中可能存在的缺陷的初始和终止尺寸,再根据断裂理论估算容器使用寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study is made of the function of pressure testing and that pressure testing can be applied to the safety assessment of defected pressure vessels is pointed out.Based on the safety analysis of a spherical vessel,it is proved that pressure testing is a simple,reliable and cost-effective method for pressure vessel safety assessment.The so-called pressure testing method utilizes the starting and terminal size of the possible defect of a vessel and then estimates its life expectancy,based on the rupture theory.更多还原
