【Abstract】 For the purpose of accelerating growth of Habenaria dentate in vitro seedling,mycorrhizal fungi isolated from the root of wild type Habenaria dentate were used to co-culture with this plant.Take fresh weight and root number of seedling as index,the observation shows that most of mycorrhizal fungi helped its growth and development.And the fungus HQ01 is of the largest efficiency.更多还原
