含细胞分裂素的处理液对香石竹切花生理生化的影响

【摘要】 含细胞分裂素的处理液(4%S+200 mg/L 8-HQ+50 mg/L KT和4%S+200 mg/L 8-HQ+50 mg/L 6-BA)均可改善香石竹切花体内的水分平衡,增加切花的鲜重,增大花径,推迟切花达到最大花径和鲜重的时间,延长切花瓶插寿命,提高SOD、CAT和POD活性,延缓MDA含量的增加。

【Abstract】 The solutions of 4%sugar+200mg/L 8-HQ+50mg/L KT and 4%sugar+200mg/L 8-HQ+50mg/L 6-BA can improve moisture balance in cut flowers,raise fresh weight and flower diameter of cut flowers,postpone the time to reach maximum flower diameter and fresh weight and extend the vase-holding life by increasing activity of SOD,CAT and POD and delaying increase of MDA content in cut flowers.
