SiO2纳米管的制备及形成机理
Preparation of Silica Nano-tubes and Their Growth Mechanism
【摘要】 研究了以酒石酸为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,乙醇为共溶剂,在氨水存在的条件下合成SiO2纳米管的方法和结果,探讨了静置时间对合成SiO2纳米管纯度的影响。实验结果表明:在室温下,当静置时间为30min时,SiO2纳米管的纯度最高,达90%以上。对SiO2纳米管的形成机理进行了初步研究。
【Abstract】 Choosing tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and NH3 as raw materi-als,through adding tartaric acid,SiO2 nano-tubes with high purity were prepared.The effect of still time after TEOS addition on the purity of silica was investigated.The results showed that the purity of SiO2 was higher,which was about 90%.The mechanism of SiO2 nano-tubes was researched primarily.
