油田污水介质中的固体缓蚀剂
Solid Corrosion Inhibitor in Oilfield Waste Water
【摘要】 室内制备出了一种新型固体缓蚀剂,用静态失重法和扫描电镜对其缓蚀性能进行了综合评价。设计了现场应用固体缓蚀剂所使用的井下装载筛管,提出了缓蚀剂加量计算公式,探讨了固体缓蚀剂的长效缓蚀机理,即缓慢释放原理、低溶解度原理和工具控流原理。使用动态玻管法测得研制的固体缓蚀剂样品需80天溶解完毕,在有效释放期内,缓蚀率均大于80%。
【Abstract】 A new solid corrosion inhibitor was prepared and the performance of the inhibitor was evaluated using weight loss testing and scanning electron microscopy.Loading equipment was designed to apply the inhibitor.Calculation equation for adding amount was proposed,and long-term effect mechanisms including: low releasing,low solubility and tool controlling were also discussed.Dissolving time of the inhibitor was approximately 80 days when dynamic ampoule method was used in oilfield waste water and the inhibitive efficiency was all above 80% during the releasing time.
