【摘要】 佛山是市场化改革较早的城市之一,由工业化和市场化发展驱动的佛山城镇化进程,相应带来城市人口的急剧扩容与城乡社会阶层及其关系的重组,使得政府如何履行服务职能和平衡公共产品供需矛盾,以及通过政府公共政策安排能否有效调整城乡阶层关系已经上升为城市能否和谐发展的关键因素。佛山社会保障经验表明,以往关于社会保障是矫正和弥补市场经济各种缺陷的看法,应当在工业化、市场化、城镇化与社会保障制度之间的良性互动和互补之中得到重新调整。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the earlier cities for developing market economy,Foshan has steadily promoted its urbanization,which in turn brings the overpopulation problem and the change of social classes and relations.How shall the government carry out the service duty effectively and solve the imbalance between supply and demand of public products,and adjust the social classes has become the key factor for harmonious urban development.The experience of Foshan’s social security shows that social security,as a way of amending the defects of market economy, shall be re-adjusted in the virtuous interaction and mutual complement of advantages in industrialization,marketization,urbanization and social security system.更多还原
