【摘要】 从西安市水务管理部门的实际需求出发,基于MapX开发了节水灌溉项目管理系统,设计了基础信息、地理属性、空间属性等数据库[1],实现了项目录入、申报、审批、立项等信息检索的全局性可视化、特定工程专题图创建以及报表打印功能。系统简化了项目管理手续,规范了项目的立项、审批、建设、效益评价等程序,保证了财政拨款使用的透明度、工程建设的合理性、节水设施正常效益的发挥,大大提高了西安市水务管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the practical requirement of Xi’an City and MapX,the management system for the water-saving irrigation project is developed,such the data banks as the foundation information,geography attribute,space attribute and so on are designed,and the visualization for much information is realized including the project input,declaration,examination,formation and so on,as well as the function for setting up the specific project chart and printing the report forms.This system may simplify the project management,normalize the project processes,guarantee the transparency of financial allocations and the rationality of engineering constructions as well as the benefits of water saving facilities,and finally,raise the management level for water conservancy in Xi’an City greatly.更多还原
