【摘要】 用不同剂量的60Coγ射线辐照蓝畴金鱼(Carassius auratus domestic)鱼苗,研究辐照对其外周血红细胞的影响.结果表明:一定剂量的60Coγ射线可显著诱导蓝畴金鱼红细胞微核及核异常的发生.在一定范围内(1~4 Gy剂量),随着辐射剂量的加强,微核细胞率呈现相应提高;核异常细胞率与辐射剂量也具有明显的正相关性,随着辐射剂量的加强,核异常细胞率显著提高.此外,微核细胞率出现高峰的辐射剂量小于核异常细胞率出现高峰的辐射剂量.更多还原

【Abstract】 The fry of Carassius auratus domestic was irradiated with different dose of60Coγ ray,and the changes of their peripheral erythrocyte were observed. The results showed that the micronucleus or nuclear anomalies were obviously induced by60Coγ ray in a certain dose(1～4 Gy).As the radiation enhanced,the frequency of micronuclei cells increased accordantly.There was a positive correlation between the frequency of cells with abnormal nuclei of peripheral erythrocytes and radiation dose.The radiation dose in which caused the micronucleus rate peak was small than that caused nuclear anomalies rate peak.更多还原
