【摘要】 目的观察长春瑞滨(N)、顺铂(P)和康艾注射液(K)联合化疗(NPK方案)治疗局部晚期[Ⅲa、Ⅲb]非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒性反应。方法将128例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)随机分为NPK组用N+P+K化疗和NP组用N+P化疗。结果NPK组近期有效率54.3%,NP组为38.7%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。NPK组中位生存期为(19.00±1.58)个月,而NP组为(15.00±1.39)个月,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组毒性反应主要为骨髓抑制,但NPK组明显弱于NP组(P<0.05)。结论NPK方案是治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌较好的化疗方案之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and toxic reaction of the combined chemotherapy that Vinorelbine,Platinol and Kang-ai(NPK) for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 128 cases with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into NPK group and NP group,the former was treated in the N,P and K,the latter was treated in the N and P.Results The results showed that the effective rates of NPK group and NP group were 54.3% and 38.7% respectively.The NPK was higher than the NP,there were significant difference between them(P<0.05).The median survial time was 19.00±1.58 months in NPK group,and 15.00±1.39 months in NP group(P<0.05),there were significant difference between them,too.The major Side effects were bone marrow depression in both groups,such as leucopenia,thrombocytopenia and so on,but the NPK was weaker than the NP(P<0.05).Conclusions The Combined chemotherapy of navelbine.and cisplatin and Kang-ai is a convenient effective and well-tolerated regimen in the treatment for advanced NSCLC.更多还原
