【摘要】 目的介绍纤维胆道镜治疗肝内结石并肝胆管狭窄的经验。方法回顾性分析我院自1998年至2008年利用纤维胆道镜诊治的178例肝内结石并胆管狭窄患者的临床资料。结果在178例肝内结石并狭窄病例中,176例结石被取净,2例失败,结石取净率为98%;全组无死亡病例。结论纤维胆道镜在治疗肝内结石并胆管狭窄中具有重要作用,不仅能降低结石残留率,而且还具有安全性高、费用低、创伤小等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize our experience in choledochofiberscopic treatment of hepatolithiasis and stricture. Methods One hundred and seventy-eight cases of hepatolithiasis and stricture were diagnosed and treated with choledochofiberscope were reviewed retrospectively. Results Within the 178 patients of hepatolithiasis and stricture,the stones were completely removed from 176 cases,while the stones were not cleared in other 2 cases. The clearance rate of stones was 98%. No patients died of choledochfiberscopic treatment.Conclusion The choledochofiberscopy has an important role in the treatment of the hepatolithiasis and stricture,because it is not only reduces residual stone but also has some advantages such as excellent safety,low cost and minimal invasion.更多还原
