【摘要】 目的总结先天性胆总管囊肿诊治的经验体会。方法回顾分析我院自2000年1月至2008年8月收治先天性胆总管囊肿12例患者的临床资料。结果12例患者中11例接受根治性手术治疗,术后发生胰漏1例,胆管炎2例,均经保守治疗痊愈,无胆管、门静脉及其他脏器损伤,随访期内未见吻合口狭窄。结论囊肿全切除、肝管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术应作为先天性胆总管囊肿的首选术式。完整的囊肿切除,胆肠吻合口应尽可能地大,保证胆肠黏膜的完整吻合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the experience of diagnoses and treatment of congenital choledochal cyst.MethodsRetrospective analysis of 12 cases during January.2000 to Augest.2008.ResultsOf 12 cases,11 cases were treated by radical cure.Pancreatic gland was damaged(1 case),angiocholitis was induced(2 cases).They were all treated well.ConclusionThe choledochal cyst ectomy and Toux-en-Y anastomosis are the first choice operation in surgical treatment.更多还原
