【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导下采用无水酒精硬化治疗肾囊肿的疗效。方法45例肾囊肿采用超声引导下无水酒精硬化治疗。结果硬化治疗5个月后复查囊腔明显缩小,1年后囊腔90%消失。结论超声引导下无水酒精硬化治疗肾囊肿可以减轻患者痛苦和经济负担,方法简单易行,是治疗肾囊肿的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the curative effect of renal systs treated with sclerosing agent of absolute alcohol under the introduction of altrasonic wave.Methods Forty-five cases of renal systs were treated with sclerosing agent of absolute alcohol under the introduction of altrasonic wave.Results After 5 months of treatment with sclerosing agent of absolute alcohol,the renal systs were rechecked up and obviously reduced.And one year later,90% of the systs disappeared.Conclusion The treatment of renal systs with sclerosing agent of absolute alcohol under the introduction of altrasonic wave can reduce the suffering of the patients and their financial burden.The method is easy and the first method for the treatment of renal systs.更多还原
