基于FPGA的简易数字存储示波器设计

【摘要】 主要以简易数字存储示波器为例,介绍可编程逻辑器件在模数转换、数模转换及数据存储与处理中的设计方法。此系统由四部分组成,其中数据处理及存储单元用VHDL语言进行设计,利用MAX+PLUSII软件进行电路仿真,并选用FPGA硬件实现;输入单元及输出单元采用AD976及AD669芯片实现;存储器RAM采用HM6264芯片实现。设计中采用了自顶向下的方法,将系统按逻辑功能划分模块,各模块使用VHDL语言进行设计,在ISE中完成软件的设计和仿真。

【Abstract】 Mainly taking simple digital storage oscilloscope as the example, the design methods for the programmable logic device in A/D conversion, D/A conversion, and data storage and processing are introduced. The system consists of four major parts, of which data processing and storage unit are designed with VHDL language, circuit simulation is carried out using MAX+PLUS II software and realized with FPGA hardware; input and output units use AD976 and AD669 chip; memory RAM uses HM6264 chip. In the design, the method from top to bottom is adopted to divide the system into modules according to the logic functions, each module is designed with VHDL language, and the design and simulation of the software is accomplished utilizing ISE software.
