一株O1血清型鸡大肠埃希菌iss基因的序列分析

【摘要】 采用1日龄雏鸡对1株O1血清型鸡源大肠埃希菌(E.coli)的致病性进行测定,并扩增iss基因。结果表明,鸡E.coliO1对1日龄雏鸡具有较强的毒力。iss基因在致病性鸡E.coliO1中的序列与已知禽大肠埃希菌iss基因序列同源性为100%,与人源大肠埃希菌iss基因核苷酸,序列同源性为90.9%,显示了此基因具有保守性。

【Abstract】 The virulence of avian E.coli strain O1 for one day-old chicks was detected,and the isolates was examined for the presence of iss gene using PCR techniques.Results showed that avian E.coli strain O1 was strongly virulent.The sequence of iss from O1 has 100% identity with AF042279 in GenBank and 90.9% identity with the iss gene from the human E.coli isolate.It suggested that iss gene may be highly conserved.
