聚苯胺形态对Pt-HxMoO3/Pan电极上甲醇氧化的影响
Effects of polyaniline morphology on methanol oxidation for Pt-HxMoO3/Pan electrode
【摘要】 用恒电流法在玻碳电极表面上制备了聚苯胺电极(Pan/GC),接着在聚苯胺电极表面用循环伏安法电沉积铂氢钼青铜,制备了Pt-HxMoO3/Pan电极。傅里叶红外光谱研究结果表明,聚苯胺的表面形态受苯胺聚合电流密度的影响,导电性呈规律性变化。当聚合电流密度为141.5mA/cm2时,聚苯胺基本上呈金属态,此聚苯胺修饰的铂氢钼青铜(Pt-HxMoO3/Pan)电极对0.1mol/L甲醇溶液的催化活性比无聚苯胺修饰的铂氢钼青铜(Pt-HxMoO3)电极提高了71.5%。
【Abstract】 Polyaniline electrodes (Pan/GC)were prepared by galvanostatic method,and Pt-HxMoO3/Pan electrodes were prepared by cyclic voltammetry methods. The Fourier infrared spectrum indicated that polyaniline surface morphology was affected by the aniline polymerization current density,and the electrical conductivity was assumed the regular change.When the aniline polymerization current density was 141.5 mA/cm2,the polyaniline was the metal state. The polyaniline with modified platinum hydrogen molybdenum bronze electrode (Pt-HxMoO3/Pan) compared with which without modified hydrogen molybdenum bronze electrod (Pt-HxMoO3),the catalytic activity enhance 71.5% in 0.1 mol/L methanol solution.
