【Abstract】 Taking the high performance DSP as design core,and H.264 as coding standard,the video signal is transmitted over dual-channel of Enhanced Data rate for GSM Evolution(EDGE) to the video services.The transmission control policy based on dual-channel buffers,as well as hardware and software designs are described in details.The experimental results show that the system can transmit real-time video with CIF format.更多还原
