【摘要】 在不否定社会流行读法的前提下,本文对《西游记》中的悟空形象作出一种反读,认为:悟空缺乏一种理想境界,表现出一种妄逞心智、信威任力而无视一切存在的精神狂妄;观察悟空西行之路的始终,一直未能克服其"步步行凶"的暴力习性,一直未能像他师父那样抱有对人之生命的慈悲关怀。而《西游记》中对悟空神魔形象的极力描写以及悟空形象被中国大众读者崇拜性的广泛认同,又直与中国大众社会崇拜神魔的非理性精神迷狂有着千丝万缕的联系。正是在中国20世纪后期的政治运动中,伴随着对悟空形象的政治化读解,中国大众社会对悟空形象的崇拜浮上了意识形态的主流,并与狂热的政治迷妄一同对整个公众生活造成了严重后果。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper tries to make a different interpretation of Monkey King in Journey to the West.A review of Monkey King shows that throughout the journey he indulges himself in excessive use of his mental and physical power whenever he meets obstacles,showing no mercy to human life.The exaggerated description of Monkey King’s magic power as well as his image,however,is widely accepted by Chinese readers.This fanatic love for gods and supernatural images reached its climax in the political movements of late 20th century when the image of Monkey King was labeled with political interpretations,which produced very serious consequences on public life of Chinese people.更多还原
