【Abstract】 Sub-regional cooperation will play important role in the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. Vietnam is the only country that connects with China both on land and sea,posses a unique location advantage. Therefore,Vietnam will play an important role in the China-ASEAN sub -regional cooperation. Actually, Vietnam has actively played its important role in the cooperation.
