量测数据时差补偿状态估计方法

【摘要】 在互联电网中,控制中心的量测数据来源很多,这些量测数据存在采集时差,当时差超过一定范围时,量测数据不能体现一个完整电网状态,采用常规状态估计方法进行状态估计会产生较大误差,结果无法使用。文中提出一种量测数据时差补偿状态估计方法,对于延时很小的量测数据,使用最新的量测数据参加状态估计,其量测时间作为电网断面时间;对于其他延时的量测数据,根据延时的不同,引入相应的时差补偿因子,利用连续2个数据断面的量测数据变化量和时差补偿因子修正延时量测数据误差,获得完整一致的电网状态估计结果。对IEEE 7节点系统的测试表明,该方法可有效减少计算结果误差,获得更为准确的电网状态估计结果。

【Abstract】 In a control center of an interconnected power system,the measurement data is from different sources.For a conventional state estimation(SE) method,it is assumed that all elements of the measurement set are coincident and any errors introduced by transmission delays are treated as measurement errors.Significant delay time in measurement can lead to inaccurate results.To solve this problem,a time-delay compensating SE method is presented to provide better estimation results when transmission delays are serious.For measurement with small time delays,the latest data are used directly.For measurements with significant time delays,different compensating coefficients according to the delay are introduced and the measurement errors are revised using the corresponding coefficients and the measurement change between two sequential data.The test on IEEE 7-bus system shows that the new method can effectively reduce the estimation errors and yield more accurate power system states.
