【摘要】 人力资源已成为推动经济增长和社会发展的第一资源。高校作为高素质人才聚集和培养的基地,以现代视野重新认识和定位其人力资源管理的职能,对于充分发挥人力资源优势,提高办学质量,实现可持续发展具有重要意义。通过分析高校人力资源管理的现状,提出在新时期下,高校应立足于战略性人力资源管理,从文化战略管理、人力资本管理、动力开发管理三方面进行新的定位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human resources,have become a primary source in propelling the social and economic development.Colleges and universities,as the bases for the gathering and cultivation of high-quality talents,should reconsider and reposition the functions of human resources management from modern perspective,which is of great significance for the exertion of human resources advantages,the improvement of school-running quality,the realization of sustainable development.Through analyzing the present situation of human resources management in colleges and universities,the paper suggests that colleges and universities,in the new era,should focus on strategic human resources management and reposition cultural strategy management,human capital management,and impetus development management.更多还原
