【摘要】 目的:通过回顾近六年来检测的献血者免疫血液学试验标本,对上海地区献血者人群中不规则抗体检出情况进行了回顾性总结。方法:对5088例Rh阴性献血者进行了抗体筛选,方法主要应用ABO反定型细胞,通过盐水法检测不规则抗体。结果:共鉴定确认血型同种不规则抗体731例(不包括ABO系统抗体)。其中,抗M为387例,抗HI为93例,抗P163例,抗D55例。绪论:本研究为是否进行献血者抗体筛选提供了决策依据,结果提示对于Rh阴性献血员有必要进行抗体筛选。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize retrospectively the unexpected antibody of blood donors in Shanghai area by review the immunohematology tests results of donors in recent five years. Methods: In about 1.2 million donors in Shanghai area in nearly six years, ABO forward and reverse typing method was used to determine the ABO blood group,unexpected antibody was detected by spin method in saline media,and antibody screen was performed for 5088 cases of Rh negative donors. Results: Unexpected antibodies were identified in 731 cases,among which 387 cases were anti-M related, 93 cases anti-Hi, 63 cases anti-P1 and 55 cases anti-D. Conclusions: The data in this study offer the decision basis for donor antibody screen.更多还原
