基于ANSYS的多相异步发电机非稳态定子温度场的研究
Research on Unsteady Temperature Distribution in a Multiphase Asynchronous Generator Stator on the Basis of ANSYS
【摘要】 本文针对多相双绕组异步发电机体积小、电磁密度大等特点,设计了某电磁参数下的同类电机。采用浸润式蒸发冷却技术,用ANSYS对该电机定子温度场进行仿真来预测其运行的安全性和可靠性,为同类电机材料的选取和电磁负荷的选择提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper, for such characteristics as small volume and high electromagnetic density in the generator, we design a similar generator under certain electromagnetic load, on which infiltration of evaporative cooling techniques was applied. And by simulating the stator temperature of the generator by ANSYS, we can predict its safety and reliability, which provide a reference value for similar generator on how to select its material and electromagnetic load.
