470MW燃气轮机发电机定子线棒绝缘技术的研究
Study on Insulation Technology of Stator Bar of 470MW Gas Turbine-generator
【摘要】 本文介绍了470MW燃气轮发电机定子线棒绝缘技术及定子线棒的电气性能。通过对定子线棒绝缘结构、防晕结构的优化设计和材料的改进,使定子线棒绝缘性能、防电晕效果得到了较大的提高,尤其是定子线棒优异的电性能,保证了470MW燃气轮发电机定子绕组的运行寿命。
【Abstract】 This article introduces the research on the insulation technology and electric performance of the stator bar of 470MW gas turbine generator.Through the optimal design for the insulation structure and corona-proof construction of stator bar together with the improvement of materials,the insulating ability and anti-corona effect of stator bar have been greatly enhanced,especially the excellent electric performance of stator bar,which ensures the operating life of the stator winding of 470MW gas turbine-generator.
