论高校辅导员的激励管理与对策

【摘要】 文章从人性的基本要求入手,对高校辅导员的需求进行深入、全面的分析,提出要通过激励来实现辅导员的人力资本价值与增值。

【Abstract】 More attention is required to focus on college assistants for the stable management of an institution. Through a comprehensive analysis of the human nature,the paper proposes that incentives to assistants can raise the value of human capital and harmonious development of individuals,the school and society.
