内陆压水堆核电站放射性液态流出物对水环境的影响
Water Environmental Impact of Radioactive Liquid Effluents from Inland Nuclear Power Plant
【摘要】 根据IAEA推荐的河流放射性核素浓度计算模式,对内陆核电厂在正常和事故工况下放射性液态流出物对下游公众可能造成的剂量进行初步的分析与评价。结果表明,不论正常或事故工况,在加强放射性废液排放管理、确保放射性废液达标排放的前提下,放射性废液排放对下游公众造成的有效剂量都在可接受的范围内。
【Abstract】 Preliminary analysis and assessment were made of the dose to the public downstream of inland nuclear power plant resulting from radioactive liquid effluents in the normal and accidental condition with the help of IAEA-recommended model for the estimation of radionuclides in river.The results showed that,if enhanced management of radioactive liquid waste and discharging to emission standard can be achieved,the effective doses to the public downstream from radioactive liquid effluents regardless of normal and accidental conditions are acceptable.
