高强度聚焦超声治疗胰腺癌的临床观察

【摘要】 目的探讨高强聚焦超声(HIFU)热疗对胰腺癌患者的疗效、安全性及肿瘤标志物CA19-9和CEA的影响。方法观察41例自愿接受HIFU治疗的胰腺癌患者的临床受益反应(CBR),用化学免疫分析法检测CA19-9和CEA浓度,进行疗效评价。结果41例胰腺癌患者中3例完全缓解(CR),15例部分缓解(PR),11例稳定(SD),27例临床受益,CBR率达65.8%。治疗后22例(54%)患者疼痛症状明显缓解;14例(34%)肿瘤明显缩小;18例(44%)无变化;9例(22%)有不同程度的增大;23例CA19-9、CEA的浓度下降;中位生存期6.5个月;所有患者均未见明显不良反应。结论高强度聚焦超声热疗能控制肿瘤进展、改善生活质量、对肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CEA有明显下调作用,无明显不良反应,作为一种新的安全有效的局部治疗方法可用于胰腺癌的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect,safety and the impact on the tumor marker CA19-9 and CEA.of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) for treatment of pancreatic carcinoma.Methods forty one cases of pancreatic carcinoma were treated by High Intensity Focused Ultrasound(HIFU)with clinical benefit response(CBR),using chemical immune to analyze the concentration of CA19-9 and CEA and carry out effective evaluation.Results Of all the forty one cases patients with pancreatic cancer,3 cases completely relived their cancer pain(CR).15cases was partly relived their cancer pain.(PR).11cases were stable.(SD) 27 cases get clinical benefit.The rate of CBR was65.8%.After treatment,22 cases(54%) alleviate pain and symptoms;14 cases(34%) tumors significantly reduced;18 cases(44%) have no change;9 cases(22%) had increased in some degrees;23 cases have declined concentrations of CA19-9,CEA;median survival time was 6.5 months;All the patients were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion HIFU can control tumor progression,improve quality of life and has an effect on reducing the tumor marker CA19-9,CEA.It has no obvious adverse reactions.So HIFU is effective and safety as a new local treatment for patients with pancreatic carcinoma.更多还原
