【摘要】 目的总结中晚期肝癌经动脉热灌注化疗的观察与护理方法,使患者在生理、心理上达到最佳状态,提高护理水平。方法通过术前制订护理计划,作好心理护理和充分的术前准备;术中密切观察患者病情变化及严密监测热灌注时的温度及流速;术后积极实施护理措施,回顾性总结我科2007年～2008年68例中晚期肝癌患者经动脉热灌注化疗的观察与护理经验。结果明显降低了患者不愉快的心理程度,提高了患者的生存期及生活质量,减少了并发症的发生。结论护理水平的提高可加速中晚期肝癌患者治疗后的康复、保证患者身心健康、提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the technique of care for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma received arterial perfusion chemotherapy to make the patients achieving the best state and to raise the level of care.Methods:Preoperative care plan formulation,preparation of psychological care and adequate preoperative preparation were done;close observation of patient’s condition changes in surgery and close monitoring of the temperature and flow rate when patients receiving hyperthermia therapy;postoperative care and actively implemented measures were done.Nursing experiences for 68 patients with advanced liver cancer received arterial perfusion were reviewed retrospectively.Results:The unpleasant psychological stage of patients was significantly improved.Patient’s survival time and quality of life were improved,To improve the patient’s survival and quality of life and complications were reduced.Conclusion:The improvement of care for advanced liver cancer may accelerate the rehabilitation after treatment to ensure patient health,improve life quality of patient.更多还原
