单侧逆行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石术围手术期中医介入治疗效果的临床观察

【摘要】 目的观察单侧逆行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石术围手术期中医介入治疗对患者术后恢复的影响。方法100例术后患者随机分为单纯西医组(G1)和中医介入治疗组(G2)。G2组在常规西医治疗的基础上配合中医介入治疗,G1组则按常规西医治疗。分别于术前1天、术后1天、术后5天、术后30天采用《外科术后康复评价量表》对两组患者进行评分。结果结石完全清除率及疗效:两组组内、组间的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。康复评分组内对比:术前1天和术后1天的康复评分差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);术后5天、术后30天分别与术后1天的康复评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);G2组术后30天与术后5天的康复评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间对比:术前1天、术后1天的康复评分差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);术前5天、术后30天的康复评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后短期(5天)或长期(30天)的结石残留情况与所接受的治疗方法无关,只取决于手术情况。中医介入治疗能显著提高单侧逆行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石术术后患者的康复评分,促进患者症状改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the recovery situation after chinese medicine treatment involved in unilateral retrograde ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy perioperative.Methods 100 postoperative patients were randomized into Western medicine only group(G1) and intervention of Chinese medicine group(G2).Chinese medicine treatment was involved in Group G2 on the basis of western medicine treatment.G1 group treated with Western medicine only.And then all the patients was assessed by Postoperative Recovery Scale grading their recovery situation on 1 day preoperative,1 day postoperative,5 days postoperative and 30 days postoperative.Results The difference of stone-free rate and effectiveness did not have statistical significance within the groups,or between the groups(P>0.05).Difference in Recovery score has not statistical significance between 1 day preoperative,1 day postoperative within groups or between two groups(P>0.05).But the difference of Recovery score on 5 days postoperative,30 days postoperative was significant contrast to 1 day postoperative within groups(P<0.05).And group G2’s Recovery score on 30 days postoperative has statistical significance contrast to 5 days postoperative(P<0.05).The difference of Recovery score has statistical significance between 5 days postoperative,30 days postoperative between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no relationship between The stone-free rate and the postoperative treatment after short term(5 days) or long term(30 days).The stone-free rate depends on the operation state only.Chinese medicine treatment can increase patients Recovery score who received the unilateral retrograde ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy significantly,and promote improvement of symptoms in patients.更多还原
