玻璃均质热处理技术在生产上的应用

【摘要】 绝缘子玻璃件因其钢化内应力分布不均匀,在输电线路施工和带电运行过程中会产生自动破碎,威胁着安全供电的可靠性。玻璃均质热处理技术即将钢化玻璃件在恒温炉中缓慢升温,当温度达到290℃±10℃时,恒温2 h,再缓慢冷却。恒温过程中经受了回火作用,致使钢化内应力再次得到均匀分布,改善和提高了制品的钢化质量。另外,含有NiS杂质的制品在恒温炉中因内应力突发集中便产生了自破,它的自破与玻璃件的几何形状和重量有关,其淘汰率较高,一般在2%~5%。采用玻璃均质热处理技术,能有效地剔除钢化玻璃内应力不均匀分布的在制品,使产品的自破率控制在0.02%以下。

【Abstract】 Because of the non-uniform distributing of toughened internal stress,the glass body will occur self-broken when they are used in the running and constructing transmission lines,this threats the reliability of the safety power supply.Glass homogenizer heat treatment technology is to slowly heating-up toughened glass in constant heat oven,and slowly cool-down when the temperature constant at 290 ℃±10 ℃ for two hours.Through the backfire effect in the constant temperature process,cause the toughened innerstress uniformly distributing again,toughened quality is improved.In addition,produce with NiS impurity in the constant heat oven occurred self-broken caused by innerstress break out,this is related to the geometry shape and weight,the failure rate is usually at 2%~5%.This new technology was effective in eliminating products which have non-uniform distributing toughened internal stress,and the self-breaken rate can be controlled below 0.02%.
