【Abstract】 The Russian-Georgian military conflict is a release of the incompatibility between Russia and Georgia after the Cold War.Through this incident,many problems during constructing the Community of Independent States(CIS) come out.The fate of the Community of Independent States becomes the focus of attention;further changes in policy of Russia will play a decisive role in this.In order to make this organization form of the CIS more attractive and effective,Russia needs to change its conduct to the relationship among the CIS.It needs to strengthen the organization function of the CIS.Then perfect the mechanism of joint governance.Further more provide more Public goods and assume responsibility applicable to its power.Only in this way,can the functions of the CIS mechanism be activated,and the national power of Russia can be enhanced comprehensively.更多还原
